No Heaven, But Love, la recensione del film di Han-Jay visto al FKFF (Di venerdì 29 marzo 2024) Due ragazze si incontrano per caso e tra loro nasce più di una semplice amicizia. Si interrogano su quale sia il loro destino, se esistono paradiso ed inferno. In un anno cruciale come il 1999 e la paura del celebre Millenium Bug che avrebbe potuto (ma non lo ha fatto) mandare in tilt i computer di tutto il mondo, la giovane coppia composta da Joo-young (Park Soo-yeon) e Ye-ji (Lee You-Mi) si ritrovano ad affrontare la loro solitudine in un intenso percorso emotivo, sullo sfondo di una Corea in ricostruzione e pervasa da un sistema rigido e fortemente patriarcale.
